Art Around The World - Artist of the Month
This wonderful and popular class with the homeschoolers, is a study of style, technique and history of the Great Masters. You will travel the world, exploring many cultures and periods of time, discovering how Art is everywhere and timeless! You may create a masterpiece in the likes of Picasso, Bruegel, or Seurat...or your own portrait like Rembrandt, a relief-carving from southern Italy or clay bust Pike Bernini! What ever you choose and wherever you go, it will no doubt be an exciting art-filled, fun and creative journey!!!

The Joy Of Drawing
This is not your typical Drawing class! You will explore technical drawing, proportional drawing, perspective drawing, contour sketching, figure drawing, portrait drawing, character
drawing and more!! All of the fundamentals of drawing will be explored using pencil, charcoal, pastel, scratch art
and pen and ink! This class is just full of fun things to learn and master!!

The Next Step - Acrylic Painting
This year we combined a couple of our favorite classes, Modern Art/Self Expression and Artist of the Month with our latest The Next Step. This class will offer a combination of study (various artists and their techniques) and how to put your own stylized creative 'hit' to your work through self- exploratory analysis and experimentation. You will be using tube acrylics, glazes and various mixers to maximize your medium creating dramatic effects! This is an inspirational class to keep you moving forward in your creative process.

Anime/Manga
This class is for the student interested in learning how
to draw characters identified with the popular Japanese style of animation. Also included are associated studies in stylized Figure and Animal drawing.

Class Cards may be used by multiple family members and your guests. There is an expiration date on the cards. Three months for the 8hr card, and six months on 12-18hr cards. With a Class Card, you must call ahead to schedule your class time, or if you are choosing a particular day each week, please call ahead if you know you will miss a class. This is very important for us in our scheduling of teachers and assistants, as well as seating for our wonderful students!
Materials Used is billed at the end of the month. We keep our material reasonably priced, and usually lower than any local art material supplier. You are welcome to bring in your own supplies. Please understand that there will be a paint charge if used. We have this figured into the cost of our material we supply to you.
